3darchitect
Ok, so I'm wondering why my camera slows down every time it gets to a keyframe in my animation. I heard this addressed once by Tom Boardman, but I can't recall how he dealt with it. Right now, my camera is following a circle path around my building in the animation. However, I also want to use a custom path that utilized separate keyframes - but again, the camera slows down when it nears a keyframe and then speeds up to its normal rate after a second or so. I understand that this is a default in 3ds, so I just need to know how to adjust it (either temporarily or permanently). Thanks! PS - if anyone has any ideas w/ paths or camera animation in general, feel free to add a little comment.
Koper
its the ease in-out of the animation (key-frame) curve-ature that you can find by opening the curve editor. Before you do so, select all your key-frames and then open it, then you should see allot of curves which are the actual animation of the select key-frames over time, then all you have to do is click the 'set tangents to linear' button, its in the top bar, and its a straig line from the top left to the bottom right with a circle at the top left hope it helps
3darchitect
Thanks - I'll give it a shot (once my current animation is done rendering).
