What places in USA do you consider more atractive

for Architects,I mean best job offers,better payment, benefits,and so on?

Sorry. I've worked for architects for too long.

 

There are architectural firms everywhere, so I would think you would try to figure out where you want to be, and try to find a situation there that fits you.

 

But the more general answer is New York, followed by Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami probably.

 

And then there is the rest of the world...
