chadsmith Posted January 23, 2003 Share Posted January 23, 2003 i am trying to use volume light on a target spot so that it shines through a raytrace window and on to the floor. I require beams of light from the window to the floor but cant get them. the shadow map will create beams of light and light on the floor but not through raytrace materials. the raytrace light through a raytraced material will shine light on the floor but no beams of light. the only thing i can get on the raytrace light is an overall fog that shines through solid opaque materials and transparent...ei...it will not only shine through the hole in the wall but will shine through the entire wall with volume light. is this right?? somethings wrong please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
