Macer Posted June 2, 2007 Share Posted June 2, 2007 I don't know much about v-ray, but to me it appears that the white material is reflecting light (and its colour) onto the walls. After all, GI is bounced light??!! Maybe look into colour bleeding? Or revise your materials reflectance? Sorry I can't help more...... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
batteryoperatedlettuce Posted June 3, 2007 Share Posted June 3, 2007 one way of curing it (without changing the lighting or the color mapping) is to scale down the value of that material, just along the top face, that way it will cut down the energy of the primary bounced light by the same amount that you scaled down the material.
