Does anyone use Flash for arch viz presentations?

I'm trying to get a grasp on how to create interactive flash movies.

 

I'd like to do something similar to this:

If you know Flash the first bit is just a command to move the image etc on mouse event it appears. It then looks like it has a "load movie" command to make the enlarged view. There are a ton of good Flash forums you could try that. The thing with Flash is that there usually isn't just one way to do the same thing.
