Wayne Harney
This is the strangest problem. After working in a 3d model for a few hours my shaded viewport looks like this I've tried adjusting everything in visual styles and system performance. Software, directx, opengl... I've even downsaved to acad2000 and the model likes like this in acad2000! The only solution is to wblock out to a new file. I've reverted back to modeling in acad2000 for now since 2008 is totally useless. My vid is a quadro 540fx and is listed as compatible. Anyone seen anything like this? Wayne Harney
Well glad I'm not alone. I don't know what's up with this POS program. I was excited to see that acad2008 was MUCH MUCH faster than 2007. Now I see that it is just as useless. I've looked at many other acad forums and strangely nobody is reporting this problem. Maybe everyone else is smart enough not to upgrade? I also tried modeling on another computer with a radeon x1600 and get the same mashed up shaded viewports after a few hours of work.
