trhoads
One of the first renderings I have done in quite some time, and since it will be used for some marketing, I thought I should get some feedback. Done in VIZ'06, any comments, or suggestions would be appreciated. TIA sorry for the wide image, overall size of the development dictated it for the overall view. Matt McDonald
The trees in the background are kind of unbelievable. They would have to be really tall and really close to the back wall of the shops to appear as they do in the rendering.
PAWUK
The clouds look a little low, it almost looks like you have a fire in the kitchen
bigroo
Not a very welcoming place IMHO, looks like a prison - WIP. Everything is a little flat, the materials need a good look at along with the lighting.
RyanSpaulding
The main issue to me is the angle. I think one side should appear more prominent than the other. That will go a long way.
stylEmon
I agree, it's a very repetitive plaza. Shake it up with some accent! Or, find a shot that makes it more interesting. ie. tighter shot. One thing our clients like (ESPECIALLY FOR MARKETING) is to make the store fronts glow. It makes the center come alive, and attracts people to the shops. ... like bugs to a bug-zapper! I actually like the wide screen layout. With retail, I often end up with too much sky and concrete, this is a good work around.
Q-Bix
You could try adding some more colour. Some banners or brighter signage?
