Best place for a company to get employees?

Hi,

 

Our company needs to find an experianced Visulisation Artist and we were just wondering where best to go. Is putting jobs up on a site like CGarchitects the best way or is there a Professional body I can go to like there is in America? Another option is to look to see what Universities have to offer but they will not have the skills that we would need.

for what it's worth i had an add up for 30 days on the cga job board and received over 300 resumes...i had to take it down because i received too many

Brian, did you get the right wo/man for the job? And waas it easy to pick or did you struggle because you had to many options of to many goood applications??

 

I wonder if Jeff is gonna give some statistics about the Job site or will we have to wait till the next survey. (I have actually been re-visiting the survey lately, and it is still very informative- good JOB) but He's probably to busy now.

ndundiz thanks for the suggestion but the person would not only be doing CGI work but also helping to teach sketchup to others in the office and a few other duties. So we need someone in house.
