Advisor
OK I think linear work flow is great but I get flatness in the image. it's as if I took a pic in the fog as a friend of mine put it. I do a gamma on the textures. But still it's not enough. anybody having similar problems? has the dark/bright multiplier anything to do with this? Attached is a sample. Thanks and I hope I'm not repeating something discussed throughly before if so please someone be kind to post a link to a thread.
Trevor Tizard
I have applied this curve to your image to get over the problem.
Advisor
thanks Trevor. Although I think there have to be a way to do it within Vray. obvious reason: doing it in pshop showed some artifacts. It would be avoidable in vray(spoted early in rendering) but I think I can apply the same curve in VR frame buffer. Did anyone tamper with GI contrast and Contrast offset within V-ray?
