jafs00
I've been busting my head trying to make these two work together, I read somewhere before that it was not possible, but, as I am one who rarely heeds to "you can't do that", as a result for my stubborness I have wasted one day with no encouraging results whatsoever (and no idea how I can bill the hours in an ethical manner), before I give up, I was wondering if one of you geniouses figured out a way to do it? make me proud, cgarchitect.com forum!!!!! hughie
I have heard rumors of it Backburner and V-ray working together, but for all the research I came up with a blank:( I'll be keeping my on the tread to see if you come up with anything. though I cannot see backburner, DR combo being much of an advantage over using just DR. ktm07
I will assume that you are using VRay 1.5 RC3 and lower. We have tried many variations and have yet to find a situation where the two will play well together. I have head tell that the forthcoming version does accommodate this though. You can render using standard vray with backburner. But you can't DR with vray though backburner. If you are working in a single scene and want to setup a list of cameras to render you can use the batch render panel. related thread > http://www.cgarchitect.com/vb/19763-vray-distributed-rendering-queue-2.html
