gadzooks
Was wondering if any of you guys and gals are using syntheyes for camera matching for still images. And could I see some examples of images you used SythEyes to Photo Match. Im trying to get the bosses to buy it for me to use at work and some examples would be nice to show them. Thanks Gadzooks
manta
I would think that it would be overkill for still images, there must be a free alternative or a very cheap one for doing stills, I mean besides doing it by eye...
pipjor
i've used Sythneyes, very easy, very good and i found it somewhat fun.... never used it for a still though
Montwire
You need parallax, meaning images shot from different angles to get 3d info usable in your modeling package. Image modeler might be a better choice for stills. Syntheyes works better with footage that has some parallax.
gadzooks
With the new release of sytheyes 2007 1/2 it now has the option of doing stills. http://www.ssontech.com/content/aligner.htm Just wondering if any of you guys had tried it. Looks very promising
Chad Warner
That looks a heck of a lot easier than using the Max camera match tool.
