jeandelessard
hi everyone, a client send me a .max files but can't open it in the office. We run MAX 8 in the network. Even if we have MAX 9 we didn't install it. When it is not broken... we don't fix it... :-) By the way here's the infos we got when we try to opne. What could be the clue of this files. Is it in MAx 9? The files is 44 meg. ( too much for a .max files in this case only for walls and stairs ) .... Did they do it in .dwg and export it. I have try to rename the extension of the files, but it is not working. Here's the infos we got.... Unknown class, no Stand-in: Super ID=0XB60,class ID= (0x4A0C66E1,0x1513165 ) Any clue someone ?
