Munz
I noticed that there is a script for Max to render as a sketch. I think a toon or sketch render would be really helpful for a schematic design presentation I am working on. Does anyone know if anything like that is available for Viz 4.0, preferably a free solution. Thanks munz www.350-degrees.com

Munz
Thanks Cesar R, but not the style i was looking for. I would like to see something that is more toonish, or like a hand pen drawing. I will check the autodesk site for that plugin. thanks
Ricardo Eloy
Why don't you try Illustrate! 5? It's great for toon renders. You could, also, re-import your model into AutoCAD and take a hidden perspective. Then, you can paint it with Photoshop the way you like better. You could also take a look at some other Photoshop techniques. I'm pretty sure there's something that'll fit your needs. [] Rick

John Dollus
Look at SketchUP. You can export your model from Viz into SketchUP and get what it sounds like you are looking for. Variable lines with extensions and line weights. I know it isn't free but if you learn fast, you can download the trial which is completely functional for 8 hours. Probably long enough for you to get what you need. P.S. It really is a fun program and well worth the money IMO.
