Eric
In order to utilize Network Rendering or Region Net Rendering, does each system I'm going to use need to have its own copy of VIZ installed? I'm assuming so, but hoping not. If so, do they all need identical installs/map paths/libraries/etc.? Thanks, Eric

Sebree
You can install what is called a compact version of the software on other machines, which is the minumum requirements to run the software. This enables you to setup a "renderfarm" without having to purchase the software for all the machines. You will not be able to use the compact installation on the machine though, it's only for rendering. Instructions for this is in the help file, search for network rendering. The topics below network rendering explain everything that you have to do to get network rendering\region netrendring to work correctly.
