nivvu
hi to all..... i have a little doubt regarding generating vrl and vr map with rpc's hidden.... As we know we need to render the animation with rpc and matte option checkd on once and render again the whole animation without rpc without matte option and join them to get an avi file....to avoid flickering now wat my doubt is when we caliculate vrl map and vr map....is it necessary to unhide all the rpcs and then caliculate....or we can hide the rpc's.......and caliculate vr and vrl map..... if we can caliculate vrl and vrmap with rpc's hidden then we can save lot of time..... wil the final animation gets affected with the vrl and vrmaps which are created with the rpc's hidden.... plz let me know as i have a deadline to meet.... regards nivas
tayrona
Keep them hidden, indeed, you must erase them before GI calculation.... if you hide them, frame will take longer to render. You can use the same calculation when you are going to render the rpcs... Remember, GI doesnt affect rpcs, and with this method you will avoid flickering, but some mistake could happen, is time to thing about another solution to your contents using vray.... because vray and rpcs are not very compatibles. good luck
