BrianKitts
I'm starting to play with axyz people which has raised a couple questions... I gave it a shot at manually posing the characters and quickly found when it comes to sculpting characters I'm no Michaelangelo.... so then I moved on to using motion capture files. These give me a good start, but the only files I've found all have to be tweaked at the shoulders because they get pinched in from the original file data. So after I select a pose I have to manually fix the shoulders and they go back if you use the animation sequence. so to those that use axyz, how do you go about setting them up? and does anyone have any good links for motion capture data? The only one I've found so far is listed below, but like I said the shoulders are goofy. http://www.bvhfiles.com/ there's also alot of data from carnage mellion univ... but I haven't been able to get any of their data converted to a .bip for use in max http://mocap.cs.cmu.edu/subjects.php thx - bk

notamondayfan
try using animation layers to adjust the figure, or try some different mocap data.
RTurner
Did you need something specific that wasnt on axzy's site? Those were the best I've found, however I'm having trouble getting them to loop motion without starting back where they started. The movements themselves are pretty good. I could share my collection of free one's Ive found. I'll post them to your FTP once I find'em . Some are pretty darn funny.
