hi all....

this is a common problem but its making me so irritate....plz could anyone advise me regarding to get rid of this.....

iam rendering a animation sequence....

normally we apply camera correction modifier to camera in animations to maintain the proportion of the geometry.....say iam rendering a building animation.....

when i c the preview in max viewport with camera correction modifier check on the builiding proportion is ok.....but when i render the same frame with camera correction modifier check on the building is completely squeezed out....... it looses its proportionality and this continues for 100 to 150 frames....and at last when i notice it.... all the rendering time which has taken has gone into waste.........plz could anyone advise me to overcme this problem so tht i can get images rendered with out loosing building proportion ..........

plz advise me asap as my deadline is nearby.....

regards and thanks in advance...

nivas.

are you using a vray physical cam or just standard max cam, if its a standard max cam you have to animate cam-correction as well, the cam-corr.mod don't work on the physical cam, it has its own settings called the vertical shift, which i think you also have to animate

maybe pixel aspect ratio? if it is set to anything other than 1.0, your images may appear distorted, depending on how you are viewing them.

...is your preview the same pixel dimensions as your preview? this might cause the building to become clipped, but shouldn't actually distort anything.

make sure the lens and the FOV are the same also.

also, go to viewport configuration, and turn on 'live area' and 'show safe frames in active view'. this will show you what area is going to render.

...one more, the camera correction modifier distorts your building. if you are using a high mm lens, or a small FOV, your building will appear distorted, even more so with the modifier turned on.

hi guys...

as u suggested i have unhidden the camera and rendered all the images.....

nw its working......the building in the images is not squeezing out..!!!!!!:)

i have never even thought also tht this problem is generated by this small camera hidden and unhidden issue.....

now i can sleep well with out having this tension in mind tht whether the image is rendering properly r not......

thanks a lot for u guys...

u guys are just "bindaaas";)

thanks a lot once again
