interrupt in mpeg-2 output

hi there

I'm compositing a tga sequence in adobe preimiere, but i see little interrupts when I play the output file. (even when i render work area in application ) I used 25 fps in pal system. i set the speed for each section manually. may this cause the little interrupts?
