I haven't had any problems with them but I will say that they are over priced compared to other brands that are out there. The only real reason to go with a specialized rig is that its easier to configure with a reasonable operating system. (Good luck trying to get XP on anything resembling a blade at dell/hp/etc) and or for service based reasons, like not wanting to fark with X number of machines and issues when/if something goes down. they may be very pricey, but a call to the office will net you a replacement part at your doorstep in the morning.
