Eric
Any tutorial that deals with patch modeling would be a good place to start. Modeling a pillow isn't much different than modeling a face, or hand, or ear, or anything organic. Even vehicles for that matter! 3D Cafe is a good place to start. There are loads of tutorials on there. Some good, some bad, but tutorials none the less. Browse through the titles and descriptions and see what you can find. They are in the "Free Stuff" page under "Tutorials". Good luck! I shy away from free-form organic stuff, but it's something we all could probably be a bit better at. Wojciech Klepacki
Hi JPS, Modelling pillow in 5 easy steps... 1) make a box 2) subdivide length, width, height, at lets say 10 segments each 3) apply FFD 4x4x4 modifier and adjust control points till u gain the approximate result 4) apply MeshSmooth and change the parameters to reach the smoothed object 5) apply optimize modifier This way is hard to control but it's simple and it works. rgds

JPS
http://www.cgarchitect.com/forum/filepush.asp?file=bed.jpg Here it is guys, Thanks again for all your help. I ended up doing it a slightly different way. (pillows) I made a box, scaled the edges down, used the soft selection to edit the mesh makking it more bubbled and then applied mesh smooth. I'm addicted to 3D!!!!I love it!
