markygl
I have lofted a wall around the perimeter of a room and i want to use loft mapping to texture it. As the mapping approaches the corner of the wall it begins to distort - its fine in the centre of the wall (or segment of the path). any ideas how to stop this? Im sure it didnt used to happen in older versions of max...
Stephen Thomas
Try right clicking the Camera label in the top left of your viewport and turning on 'texture correction'. Not sure if this will sort it, but I remember reading it in one of the tutorials that ships with max.

Iain Denby
Try adding more segments to your path, or adding extra vertexes either side of the corner.
jadhav333
i have encountered similar issues, when I create a sloping roof using loft.. I just resolve the issue by overriding the loft mapping with separate planar uvw mappings to each side of the loft.. if there is any other solution.. i am all ears..
