cerpnjak
I don't know if anyone can help but I've got a very large and complex roof structure and it seems that every polygon has been duplicated on top of one another (not sure how that happened?), so there are obviously problems when rendering with Vray. Does anyone know of a way to delete the duplicates quickly rather than going round selecting and deleting individually? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
jadhav333
You can select all vertices at a sub object level and weld them with a 'weld threshold' of 0. The logic being that if the polygons are overlapping, the vertices would also be coincident. and a 0 threshold weld will weld the coincident vertices, in effect will eliminate the additional polygons. This just might work.. try it out ..and let us know.. Hey, take a backup before you try this..
