Transform Scale Problem

Hi everyone,

 

I felt silly question , so here Im trying explain:-

 

I got very long 3D elevation section with street block trying to fit into scale A3 paper. When I get zoom in to close up main building and then EDIT>TRANSFORM>Scales to fit correct match CAD (pdf) outlline.

 

Problem is Im want trying get hold coner of scale using with hold SHIFT and move scale down to same excatly scale fit. I can't use it when I need get close up image. because it too far coner to scale down. That outside box of paper size zone .

 

Only way I had to zoom out of box paper then scale em tiny down then zoom close in again over again over until it fit to scale correctly. It give me annoy.

 

how I get tranform scales when I need close up image without zoom out far reach coner. Not only move scale top or bottom. Just want pick coner scale down with hold shift down.

 

How sovle it easy? Im using photoshop CS.

Im sure there have hot key shortcut somewhere??

press F and you can work outside the paper region.
