region net render - unknown?

I am setting up a large image to render through Region Net Render. I set up the network manager, servers etc - went through the steps for submitting the file through the Region Net Render dialogs. It seemed to have gone through that process okay. But, now when i check the Region Net Render - Job Manager - it shows the job that i submitted, but under State, it just says "unknown".

 

any clues as to what that means, and how it can be fixed?

This means that:

 

- The manager was not found

- A server has reported a state that's different from Rendering, Ready, Error or Queued

 

Use the Network Rendering Monitor to see what's the current status of your rendering.
