gradient raytrace in vray

hi all,

 

i have attached a image which is done in standard scanline render.....i

in this renderer iam able to get a gradient kind on reflection effect where as i have tried the same effect in vray but not sucessful.........

 

any of u guys can plz tell me how to get this kind of gradient reflection effect in vray.......

Never had to do it, but you probably can use a falloff map in the reflection slot.

Use falloff map fo reflection. In Vray material of course.

all these days i have been trying to sought out the issue....using fallof map in reflection slot.

 

but the right effect not atall cmng.......

all my time gng into vain..

 

please let me know about the settings of falloff and other vray reflection settings.......

For better results (also more time consuming) use the glossies with a fresnel reflection.
