Scotty T
I have been working on a overhead 3d floor plan. I am using a skylight with light tracer. I created my material before I activated the light tracer due to render times when it is enabled. I just wanted to create tiled flooring in certain areas and add a taverine color. I used a diffused tile map in my bump map. Then I used the taverine color in my diffuse map. Once I enabled the light tracer the tile pattern disappeared. Obviously the light tracer spooked it so I need to readjust my material but I have been cranking at this for a couple of hours and enough is enough. Overall am I starting off wrong with this style of rendering or just in my material?
