studio2s
I have a scene set up. The materials are good, the quality of light is good, everything is good, but I feel the shadows are a too light. I only have 1 bounce and my GI multiplier is at .5. I want darker shadows, are there any "quick fixes" for this that will not alter my scene too much?
studio2s
I changed the color of the GI from white to .85 white. This seemed to help. Is this a "proper" adjustment?

If you're using AO in the material, you can try changing the value of the Shadow Color in the AO group to a lighter colour (set VALUE to 0.5 to get 50% Gray, or higher if you want it darker). Material (M) --> A&D Shader -> Special Effects tab -> [x] Ambient Occlusion
