BrianKitts
Does anyone have any experience exporting from either Premiere or AfterEffects directly to a FLV (flash video) file using the built in Adobe Media Encoder? I'm looking for some standard settings that seem to be a good compromise between qualty/file size. I'm yet to get anything of decent quality out of my exports. Even using the presets for "high quality" I get a small file with crappy quality thx!
arturito
I use an easy converter: RIVA, is very nice and let you control quality in a friendly way...
ipxstudios
Try "WinFF" too. http://www.free-codecs.com/download/WinFF.htm

HomeBrewTJ
I know this is kind of old, but I use the Video Encoder that comes with Flash to create the FLV. I will create an uncompressed AVI out of Premiere, drag it into Flash Video Encoder, adjust setting accordingly, then convert. I've always found that it creates better looking FLVs this way than doing it directly from Premiere.
