Help needed with morphing

Well this request going to go into requests off an odd nature and i quote: "I would like a series of images morphing the core structure form its original shape to the current and final one". Does anyone have any experience in morphing one structure to another in studio max. We thought we could melt an old building and raise a new one out of the ground with all the flashy effects that go with it as we've done this previuosly with much success but this would not be exactly morphing now would it...?? Could someone suggest something smart that we could do... Appreciate your help...
