Iain Denby
OK, so after 4 1/2 years with my current system, it's time to upgrade. I want to know what the you top guys out there are using for your monitors. Price isn't a concern, but quality and size is. Not sure whether to go for a large single, or smaller duals. thierrybauwens@inpix.be
at the office we've got 2 samsung 226Bw, they're fabulous... I got juste one at home, but I prefer dual monitor. almost, they're not expansive!
AJLynn
We've also got those Samsungs at the office, but I've got a 245 (the 24") and it's great.

Jeff Mottle
I'd look at this: http://www.necdisplay.com/Products/Product/?product=d61cea64-a46e-4095-85b6-ed62136d058e or the Dell 30" High Gammut verison. (I have this one and it is pretty impressive, even from a numbers/calibration standpoint) Will replicate almost the entire AdobeRGB gammut. I saw the NEC at SIGGRAPH again this year and as usual the color is phenomenal. It's also half the price it was last year. I hoping to get a review unit eventually to test for the site. Iain Denby
Thanks guys. I see there's a 27" Samsung too. That looks very nice, as does the Dell 30". Are these calibratable too?
Iain Denby
20ms response on that NEC. That's crap, isn't it?
Jeff Mottle
20ms response on that NEC. That's crap, isn't it? I suppose if your goal is to play video games.
Iain Denby
I suppose if your goal is to play video games. Jeff No it isn't. But I thought that sounded slow for normal stuff we do.
shaneis
If price isn't a concern and you're after the highest quality available, look here... http://www.eizo.com/ S.
isagreg
I agree with Jeff. Dell UltraSharp 3007 WFP-HC (it's on sale now). Currently the best monitor money can buy. I bought two of them a month ago. 60" desktop is unbelievable.
