viic Posted September 22, 2007 Share Posted September 22, 2007 Hey guys I have tried and tried to solve my problem which can easy been seen on this picture http://img222.imageshack.us/my.php?image=yeahdb3.jpg As you see my window return overbrighten inside it I dont know how to solve it I use a vray lightplane outside the window and Vray sun & sky in the "heaven" I have been changing the windows glass material but it doenst help Using Expontial for colormapping with 1.0,1.0,1.0 = Dark,Light,Gamma How do i solve this problem? Brian Smith Posted September 23, 2007 Share Posted September 23, 2007 i personally dont see it as much of a problem...it could very well look like that in the real world. regardless of whether it's a problem or not, i would move the light plane inside the room, just beyond the curtains. the reason is you wont have to have such high quality settings to achieve the same look inside. this will also help with the overbrightness of the window frame. you could also reduce the white intensity on the window frame. also, you should increase your shadow subdiv to remove the noise in the shadow transitions. 20 should work fine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
