no offence mate but don't uthink u shud have gone to the help manual first and given it a try. thats the best way to learn "atleat the basics"

You don't get banned for stuff like that, but you do get mocked.

 

Read the manual, Sanjay. Do some tutorials. You've got to have a basic understanding of the software.

I understand why you're at a loss, coming from 3ds Max. Rhino objects are generally not parametric. Some commands you can research and practice with: Scale, Scale2D, Scale1D. Use the scale command for precision adjustments. Stretch is also a tool you should look at.

If the question is for lack of even trying anything... well I guess it will show in your work. Now, if it its because for some reason you do not have a modifier parametrical chance, try placing an object that does have it, snap it and have it traced. Scale original to that one (polymesh, editpoly).
