V ray ocean material

I am working on an exterior animation. The site is surrounded by sea. The exact location is Florida. we are planning to animate the ships in the water.

can U please suggest some material for the sea. I want the same kind of water as shown in the image and near the site there are ships moving and how do we create the waves closer the ships.

I am planning to make particles. is there any other way to get a good result. for the ocean effect.
