salty_dogs
i usually work with one viewport filling the entire screen in both autocad and rhino. ive tried using the keyboard in viz to switch back and forth between views, top(t) right® camera©, etc. what ive found is that the view is not maintained. in other words, if i go from top to camera to right to top again, the second time i switch to top the view area has changed. what gives? is this something i can change or is it just the way viz works? is the view name dependent on something like the reference coordinate system? MJL Imaging
The only thing I've learned to do is save the view. I usually save a perspective view and toggle through the other,s like top, left, right. When I go back to the view, I restore the active view. If anyone knows how to hold the view by default, I agree, it'd be better.
