SP4 may be the problem....

My earlier post regarding installation of ADT2004 may not be the issue here. We have been talking about this issue among several people with the same situation of Viz files crashing and other problems.

 

It turns out that Win2k SP4 may be the culprit.

 

Here's the response after many complaints.

Hopefully Autodesk will begin to review compatiblity with Service Packs prior to their public release in the future and issue advisories before customers start losing tons of money reworking corrupt files again.
