cullen
I have a huge interior scene with 3 views. I'm trying to replicate the correct lighting so I have add vray lights in all the true light locations. what I have noticed is that after I have enter around 9 or 10 lights, the rest of the lights I enter do not light the scene. Is there a max # of lights that vray can handle? After reading several posts in the forum I tried switching to light objects. This worked to add a light and decrease render time but the detailed shadows are washed away. Did I miss a setting? I have attached one of the interior views as an example. The Carpet is also coming out WAY to dark. I'm not sure what I can do to lighten this either so if someone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, crw
cullen
This is the textured image with the brightness increase by 100 in Photoshop. I still don't like how the legs of the tables have that floating effect.
dagor
use phisical camera + vraylight lumenous power units. Lumenous power and color you can find in internet (like ww.philps.com) Put light in their actual location. about your image, you need increase exposure in phiscamera (shutter speed+fstop). cullen
Thanks for the tips guys. Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you all. Unfortunately I didn't get to try any of these. They pushed our deadline forward so I had to do a lot of photoshop touch-up. Then instantly moved to new projects. I have going to try these options. Once again, thanks for the help.
