ssstrutz
Hello all, I put together this bathroom rendering and was looking to get some feedback and some help on how to make it look better. I still have some work to do with the windows and exterior image. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, ssstrutz
Ricardo Eloy
Good looking pic, Scott. Just pay attentio to the BG, it's stretched and leaning to the right.
dagor
no no, not good looking IMHO. there are alot of improvement. 1. background is too bright and room is too dark. with this back room must be more lighter. 2. sunlight in background in different position than in room. acualy i cant recognize sunliht in back. It seams there are cloudy. 3. there are overbright near right window on ceiling and dark under shower. it`s not like real situation. in life light distribute more evenly especially you have 2 window. 4. sun shadow too sharp. give him some softtness. 5. texturing. seams on yor floor is too big. you use same texture on wall. change texture for floor in photoshop. 6. window frame. you use simple box mapping! select vertical part of frame and rotate UV in 90 degrees. vertical and horisontal part of object must have different texture direction. same situation with furniture. 7. material. all material is same. there must be reflection. for example granite is highly reflective material. bath also higly reflecive. tiles on floor and wood have glossy reflection. 8. it seams that you bulb lamp is on but there are no light from it. turn it off or add light. 9. add bevel on corners of your model. in real life only knife have sharp corner. so it is short list of improvement. fix it and your work will be more better!!!
