ruds Posted November 4, 2007 Share Posted November 4, 2007 Hey all, i'm currently having some trouble importing a .3ds file into sketchup. It was originally a compelete model of a Artichoke light in 3dmax format which I opened then exported as a .3ds When I open in sketchup half of the light is missing. Any tips? Or even better, would anybody have a link for the PH Artichoke light in sketchup format (free)? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Dave Buckley Posted November 9, 2007 Share Posted November 9, 2007 try flipping the normals/faces in sketchup, if that doesnt work, do it in max before the export.
