importing adt dwg in 3d viz

hi everybody,

i am a new user to these softwares. i can make complete perspectives in adt. but i want them to get rendered in 3d viz . so how do i import these adt dwg in 3d viz. when i tried the same i lost design contents of the drawing.

I could help you, but you must specify the following:

- What version of Autodesk ADT are you using?

- Are you importing into what version of 3dsViz?

- Are you using the standalone 3dsViz?

- or the built-in ADT rendering?

Save as DWG, open Viz, import dwg.

Select by material, group it. set lights and camara, add a plane for the ground... etc
