Viz 2007 software for donation to non-profit

I purchased Viz 2007 software for my company, but have had no time to learn it or use it. Seems a waste to just have it sitting here, but I cannot resell it in accordance with the Autodesk licensing agreement. So, the remaining option is to donate it to a non-profit. A form must be completed by the non-profit organization for transfer of software license.
