robkar97
Hi! Does anyone know how to fix this? When I try to render a 3000x2000 pixel image with sampling min 1, max 16, buckets start coming out as black (with white corners) in the framebuffer. Lowering the sampling seems to fix this, but is there another way? Justin Hunt
its a memory problem. Try rendering through backburner to free up a bit more ram. Or turn off the frame buffer and just render to file. Turn off being able to see the FG calculations in the Frame buffer. If you can get your head around the BSP settings play with those. Use the memory managment tools in the processing tab use placeholder objects do a split scanline render generate the FG and or GI at a lower res, saving to disk, the re-rendering with the saved FG/GI solution As you can see there are a few ways to control memory use, hopefully these will help JHV
robkar97
Thanks for your input! Using Backburner without framebuffer worked nicely...
