Your background would be way brighter. Remember the sun is always brighter than a lightbulb.

Check your horizon line

Add some directional grain to wood.

Change the Glossiness slightly for the light and dark parts of your floor just to break them up a bit

You should feel the light from outside coming in more. (most of your scenes light should come from that)

If thats a round shag rug, use hair-fur, turn it into geometry and proxie it

Add some detail where the walls connect with the floor (baseboard etc.)

Add more detail to your doors, chamfer some edges, knobs, etc.

Add a very slight reflection of your room in the external door gls
