Ricardo Eloy
---------------------------------------------------------------- SHORT TITLE FOR SUGGESTION/BUG/ENHANCEMENT REQUEST ---------------------------------------------------------------- Better CAD integration --------------------------------------------------------------- DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF YOUR REQUEST --------------------------------------------------------------- Whenever importing a CAD drawing, we often find things got lost in translation. Although there are currently 3 different ways to import DWG, none of them seem to be fully effective (not to mention when they simply don't work and you have to test each one until one does). Why have 3 ways of doing the same thing instead of having one, complete and reliable method? Another thing: it would be great to be able to import linetypes, dimension lines, texts and etc. --------------------------------------------------------------- WHY THIS REQUEST IS IMPORTANT TO YOU --------------------------------------------------------------- Everyday work would be much easier. We wouldn't have to run 3dsmax AND AutoCAD at the same time to understand the designs, saving a lot of memory and increasing performance.
