devres
Hello everyone. I'm searching for some new techniques for compositing out of Max and Vray. We have done this in the past, but due to the downturn we have had to lay people off. Well, this part was never documented and I need some help. I'm looking to composite our landscaping (Mix of real 3D and RPC). The scene has everything in one file but exceeds our render time limit on ResPower. I want to say I remember there being something about Vray Matte Material and set to 1 or -1. Can anybody out there help me find a tutorial or more information on this? rivoli
I guess what you are refering to is the alpha contribution of matte objects, but that alone doesn't make much sense. a bit more info about what you have to comp with what (and what problems you're having), might help us helping you.
