dagor
put in on compositing stage! it save you some rendertime. you can render your animation and render reflection pass for TV glass then put movie on TV and render reflection for object that reflect TV. in compositing stage put movie on TV and reflectin for TV glass in screen mode. then put reflection for other object that reflect TV like floor or window. other way is put movie in scene for rendering but you need override GI for movie to avoid flickering. i always love compositing way. Dave Buckley
just make it easier for yourself, if your not sure which compositing software to use then its gonna be a bit of a ball ache tryin to get to grips with one. The best thing for you to do is to apply a video file to the screen, the same way you would apply a bitmap. In your materials editor, go to the Maps rollout, then in the slot for diffuse, you can click the grey box, then select bitmap (as you would when applying a normal bitmap), then just double click your movie file (.avi is probably best)
