DR problem

Yeah, that looks like the problem... Other solutions would be to get a server (could be a $300 P3 machine with a big hard drive in it), or use what Winblows calls UNC paths when you load your textures... Basically instead of having your texture path load as 'C:\images\poop.jpg' it would look like '\\computername\images\poop.jpg'... by using network paths to load images, both computers will know where to find the images if they arent on each machines hard drive

To me it looks like the ies files are not linking properly. I've had this problem in the past and my solution was to relink the IES files for the photometric lights and everything rendered fine.

 

I don't know if this is a bug of somekind but I've had this situation happening a few times when saving a max file to another place, seems like it loses the links for the ies.
