Nic H
Kind of like the one over at CGTalk. Basically a compendium of the best images as rated by users, and then approved by moderators (to stop overzealous use of 5 star ratings etc)then promotes the thread into the Choice Gallery? I often look at the CGtalk one for references and ideas and like not having to pick through heaps of crap to find good stuff? It would probably be a bit of work to set up but i think it would be very useful and a great place for new users / visitors to the site to check out what is good. Justin Hunt
possibly have a more direct link/ collaboration with Vismasters. Some amazing work there, but the forums are not as well frequented as here JHV
Jeff Mottle
This is already on my list for the new site. I will have an elite gallery as well as the ability to rate images which will sort by most viewed, top rated etc.

Ernest Burden III
i doubt half the kids in this forum have ever heard of one of those That's why I suggested it. The first day of my 3D drawing class, I bring in a pile of studio supplies to show the tools and discuss drawing. One of those is a sliderule. I ask them what it is. One student offered 'a scale?'. Its not just any sliderule, its my father's from when he was in architecture school. Some tools are always needed, some are replaced by digital versions. So 'Golden Sliderule' means "that's great, now be prepare to be outdone". I am mostly joking about that. Any other suggestions? Maybe a nice 3D gimble (XYZ handles from C4D, Maya, Max etc.)?
