Usually happens when you use standard materials instead of vray ones, and have a bright solid colour picked in max in the diffuse setting of the material, as far as i can remember.

 

Other than that, make sure your materials have uvw co-ords if you need them. vray light materials can cause this effect sometimes aswell.

Thansk guys for your response,

Actually i just figure it out why.

I'm doing rendering for an amination and use rpc's object in it.

And it doesn't work with the scene and cause the problem, color become messy and bleeding all over. After i remove the rpc's, it's just work.....

 

In some animation project, i've seen rpc's in use.

Maybe you guys can give some opinion or experience..
