reflections flickering in vray

i am trying to render an animation with vray

The objects that have reflective material are flickering / Shaking in the animation

how can i correct it

if you are using interpolation on your reflections....turn it off. It doesn't work well with animations and causes flickering

oh it was standard material instead of vray

But i ahve applied a cellular texture to a wall its showing me as if the grains are moving. How can i rectify that
