Here is something quick I did this week. The mask is a liitle rushed, but you get the idea. I like this one....I think It's a good start. C&C are welcome.

the roof trees bother me...I don't think that size tree works for the render or in reality

you need to considerably re-work the lighting on the photoplate before you use it and set up your scene lighting with it. and i'd have a word with the architects about the scale and size of those trees whatever he says.

I agree with the lighting on the plate to model issue. Unfortunately the architect just handed me the photo with little time and said make it work.I just ran out of time. For the final I want to re-shoot the site myself, and adjust light accordingly. As far as the trees go he said they can plant trees that will mature as large as 2 stories on any level of the building. So, it crunch time I am not gonna argue or research. But I will look into it.

you need to crop the traffic light a bit better it has white edges

At 1st glance its a great quick render like you said. You just ran out of time. After looking over it, if the condo is 8 stories tall then it is way out of proportion. But I shall take it for what it is. good work

it looks more like a photoshop trick than a 3d visualisation....as said the trees are kinda out of place and the building reflection does not match de escene....I like the idea tho

 

but if your costumer is satisfied with it...the job is done
